Jamila Taylor is Chief People Officer at Teladoc Health. Her 30+ year career is hallmarked by partnering with business executives to transform organizations, implement new business models, and execute global people strategies.

She brings a results-focused energy and passion to her strategic role in human capital management with deep domain expertise in identifying, evaluating, and implementing solutions and programs to deliver transformational impact and change.

As Chief People Officer, she oversees Teladoc Heath’s global human resources functions including talent acquisition, learning and development, people and culture, human resource operations and shared services, compensation and benefits. Named one of Savoy Magazine’s Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America and a Top HR Executive to Watch by WashingtonExec magazine, Taylor has been recognized across the industry for building high-performing world-class teams, designing equitable and inclusive workplace cultures and driving operational excellence.

Prior to joining Teladoc Health, she was at Guidehouse, a $2.8 billion global professional services organization with more than 18,000 employees, where she served as Partner and Chief Human Resources Officer. Taylor also has held senior leadership roles at multiple Fortune 500 companies, including CACI International, Harris Corporation, SABIC, General Electric and Eaton Corporation.

She received both her graduate degree with a dual major in Human Resources and German with a minor in French and post-graduate degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University.
