I like the way the monitor is connected to the app. Years ago, you had to write everything down and that got old real quick. Being able to just take the blood pressure and taking a look at the highs and lows at the end of the week and the end of the month with the reports is really convenient.

When I found out that it goes to my phone and you can also monitor me, I thought, ‘That’s a good thing,’ but then I noticed that there's coaching. There’s so much more to the program that if people are really interested in, they would be able to access these programs.

The fact that you do send the blood pressure monitor, that it’s cellular-based and I don’t have to worry about writing things down or updating a spreadsheet and emailing it. It’s very convenient.

It’s helpful in a lot of ways. I mean, I took the thing because of the high blood pressure and the weight, but
I’m getting so much more out of it, so it’s been good.

I've had blood pressure monitors in my linen closet for years, but did I ever think about pulling it out? No. It was a major thing to figure out. This thing, I put it on the bathroom counter, I slide it on and hit the button and it’s just so much easier.

Outcomes for enrolled members who have been active for 6 months (engage with a connected device, complete a coaching session, share clinical data with the care team or log in to the participant portal) will be assessed in each annual measurement period. Measurement applies to the whole population using those who are observable. Credit will be applied to the entire population.
