I wanted to experience what it’s like to work at a place with a mission that makes the world a better place, which I know will bring me fulfillment.

I chose to intern at Teladoc Health because its mission to provide accessible, high-quality healthcare aligns with my passion for technology and health. Additionally, the supportive and innovative team environment further solidified my decision to join.

The supportive and inclusive community at the office made me feel valued and inspired. This positive environment and the opportunity to continue growing professionally within such a dynamic team made me eager to join Teladoc Health as an intern.

I chose to intern at Teladoc Health because of its strong leadership in all things telehealth and dedication to continuous innovation.

The program supported my ability to quickly understand and define a problem and engage with different working styles. I had to become agile in my leadership style and know when I needed to lead or drive a task or contribute to work already in progress. I was able to start controbuting right away, which was important for delivering meaningful work.

I was able to learn on the job in real time by tackling large operational and strategic problems with the support of leaders who have done this countless times over.

I have a better understanding of how people from different teams and backgrounds grasp the same topic. I can’t assume that what resonates with me will automatically resonate with others. This helps with synthesizing and communicating clinical topics and research more effectively.
