  • Yes! This program does not cost you anything. It’s already part of your health plan. You also won’t pay any shipping fees for your device. You are not billed anything for joining and using Teladoc Health.

  • After you enroll, you will receive the Teladoc Health Welcome Kit. It includes the blood glucose meter and the supplies you need to check your blood glucose. You will also receive access to the Teladoc Health member website, TeladocHealth.com. That’s where you can personalize the program and access your readings.

  • First, you must be diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes. Next, you must be eligible through your health plan or health provider. Call us at 1-800-835-2362 (TTY: 855-636-1578) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, if you have questions regarding your case.

  • Yes, you can cancel at any time for any reason. Just call Teladoc Health at 1-800-835-2362 (TTY: 855-636-1578) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Yes! It doesn’t matter how often you check your blood sugar. You get all the testing strips and lancets you need from Teladoc Health at no additional cost to you.

  • You can reorder strips in four ways:

    3. On the Teladoc Health mobile app
