  • Yes! It is completely at no cost to you. Your Medicare plan pays for the program on your behalf. Shipping is included too. You are not billed anything for joining and using Teladoc Health.

  • You must have high blood pressure to join the Hypertension Management program. If you have questions, call us at 1-800-835-2362 (TTY: 855-636-1578). We’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Just fill out the registration form online. We’ll check to make sure you qualify.

  • After you enroll, we will send you a connected blood pressure monitor. If you qualify, we will also send you a connected scale. You should also download and log in to the Teladoc Health mobile app. That’s where you can track your progress and see your readings.

  • Teladoc Health takes your privacy seriously. Your health information is protected by federal and state laws, including HIPAA. Please see our Notice of Privacy Practices for more information.

  • The included cuff fits most arm sizes: 8.6–17.7 inches (22–45 centimeters). If you have questions about cuff sizes, our Member Support team is happy to assist at 1-800-835-2362 (TTY: 855-636-1578). We’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Yes, you can cancel at any time for any reason. Just call Teladoc Health at 1-800-835-2362 (TTY: 855-636-1578). We’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • The app will help you get the most from the Hypertension Management program. You’ll have access to easy tracking and personalized tips to help you manage your blood pressure.
