    • Members receive a connected blood pressure monitor that uploads readings automatically to the app
    • Coaching and health guidance are part of the program
    • Everything is included at no cost for eligible members
  • You can join if you have high blood pressure and your employer, health plan or healthcare provider offers the program.

    • Spouses and dependents may also qualify.
    • If you’re unsure about eligibility, you can check online or contact support.
    • Covered by many of the largest in-network health plans—including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Centene, Elevance Health and UnitedHealthcare. Services are based on your individual coverage. Learn more about your eligibility by completing the registration process.

  • GLP-1 FAQs

    • GLP-1 medications for weight loss may be available only to members who have access to an eligible program and receive clinical approval from a Teladoc Health provider.

      • Teladoc Health providers do not prescribe GLP-1 medications for weight loss to members enrolled in Diabetes Management or Hypertension Management programs.
      • Members must be enrolled in an eligible program, such as the Weight Management Program or Diabetes Prevention Program, to be considered.
      • Access to these programs depends on whether they are offered through the member’s employer, health plan or other sponsor.
      • A Teladoc Health provider must determine that a GLP-1 medication is clinically appropriate for the member.
